I am old enough to remember when the Super Bowl was first played and the fun fact that its name was inspired by a popular kid’s toy that I also played with.

Actually, I do live in New Jersey and very close to the Jersey Shore!

We have many gripes though with the tv show Jersey Shore - not the least of which is that it’s a bunch of folks from Staten Island (and not New Jersey)😀

The fact that blew my mind was learning the NFL was a 501(c)(6) tax-exempt organization nonprofit when I was in college.

They did give it up voluntarily in 2015.
