Oh yeah, they certainly do that. which surprises me due the fact my phone barely has a good audio volume but somehow with an Amber Alert it managed to wake me from my comatose sleep.
Right like not even my alarm is that loud how in the world can a alert be I know it’s to warn people in a general area but I’m like holy crud didn’t know my phone was capable of that
