Well, I tried.

I thought it was about time I coughed up to reward you and a couple of other content creators. So I clicked through to the ko-fi pages of each, and set up a monthly subscription.

Then ko-fi kept emailing me and telling me I was missing out because I wasn't logged in when I donated (I know in Patreon I see content earlier, and without ads, and can comment if I want). So I tried to create a logon. It told me I needed to click on yet another email that I never got.

Somehow I managed to create an account, but was totally lost. Couldn't see anyone I'd donated to. Eventually found them, and managed to "follow" one of them, but couldn't find that page again to follow the others. No idea what following does anyway, what does it do that I don't get by giving money?

Still no sign of where the content would be (does ko-fi even have content? or is it just a payment thing? I never found out). The help pages are useless as they are aimed just at creators; nothing to help the humble subscriber.

So no matter what, I was going to miss out on whatever these famous "rewards" they kept telling me I couldn't have. Eventually, in frustration, I just asked it to cancel all the subscriptions I had taken out. You'll get this months money, but that's it. The barriers are too high. Sorry.
