When you talk about DEI please add the A. The A stands for ability and is a super big part of DEIA. Think of wheel chair ramps, diaper changing tables in men’s rooms, aisle width at a restaurant, the list goes on. Don’t leave our disabled folks behind again. Next time you type DEI add that A. DEIA!
