How the hell did Setsu even GET hacked anyways? It also seems like he's gotten ahold of his Twitter, but it's better safe than sorry to be a bit suspicious of that, too.

Yeah, I have no idea. I was told you need two-factor enabled to even mod/run a Discord server so the fact the guy got passed that concerns me...

I did recall(not 100% on this!) that Chat was mentioning he clicked on a weird link around the time he was hacked? Could possibly bypass the Passwords that way, but that still doesn't explain how the hell a Two-Factor was bypassed.

That fits with what I know of one of the scams going around discord - the link gives the attacker your session ID, bypassing password and 2fa

If I had to guess, it might have been a session cookie hijack. Those can bypass 2FA, as the cookie is created after authentication is successful. They are becoming a new vector for attack.

As an update:
Setsu is simply not returning to those twitter accounts. When he DOES return, it'll be a new @
Also I've been informed by trusted source (Merle) that his PC has been purged and should be safe now.

Bsky is a maybe. The posts here are consistent with what Merle and Setsu (actual Setsu. his telegram wasn't got.) have said, but I haven't gotten confirmation on that yet.
