There are so many anime gacha games coming out that all look like they're copying off each other. Project Mugen, NTE, Silver Palace, and a romance one with girls who ride motorcycles whose name I forget. I'm not sure how they're able to all produce the same looking environments. - ThreadSky

It feels like Zenless came out and the rest of the gacha world was like, "Zenless but make it detectives, Zenless but make it biker girls." And then it'll have Star Rail like combat.

Mihoyo's games continue to be something the gacha industry won't break from.

I never pay attention to those. But I know Suikoden has one coming out that I might look at and play for a month.

But yeah. That form of game has kinda diluted the space harder than normal.

there are lots of games that are just reskins of other games, like how there are a bunch of stardew valley-like games
