The number 4 is backward thinking. It can just as easily be called advice for the next 14 years. People aren’t internalizing this. I’m not even assuming we’ll have elections, frankly.

He said there would be no more elections. You can believe him on that one. He almost had things in place the first time. People waited in WW2, hoping that it would just go away, and look how much suffering the world endured before they stood together to end it. It would be much easier now to say no!

I don’t think the suggestion is to wait and see. I think it encourages action, whatever that might look like for each of us. Certainly being pres for life is his goal, I agree. Question then is what do we do about it?

I had my students read Attorney Ifill’s statement after the election. Powerful. I was hoping Biden would have nominated her for AG - would have been on a different place today I believe. Both these women are amazing.

Ignore cable news and Sunday "news" shows. Watch local and public TV news only. Change the channel whenever a traitor Republican is given a chance to spew their lies and propaganda. Realize the maga cult loses any relevance if ignored. Stop reading pundits gossip about the cult.
