JUST IN: A federal judge has issued a limited injunction barring the Trump administration from conducting immigration enforcement in a gorup of religious congregations that sued on religious freedom grounds.

It is NOT a nationwide injunction, however.

There are already religions which recognize same-sex marriages and the validity of trans identities. Their recognition of these things should be protected as free exercise as should be the rights of the nonreligious; after all, freedom of religion includes the freedom not to practice any religion.

You would have to make sure that only 'ministers' of your religion had that function as part of their duties, and they would need ID cards to qualify for making that assessment to keep unauthorized celebrations from taking place in zealous support of the religion!
