When the Judges ask for the documentation in all these cases involving firing w/o cause there will be none to find and no testimony. Because without a paper trail you cannot prove the intent, process, or reasoning behind them so it would be hard to prove who was responsible for the crime.

The problem with this is that it just ends up being summary judgement against the judgement because the APA (Administrative Procedures Act) requires such documentation and says that if the government doesn't have this they lose the case.

The lawyers who filed that paper didn't do appropriate investigation as required by FRCP 11 and ABA Rules of Professional Conduct 3.1. Punish them. Requireme 6 hours of ethical training. Then report them to the appropriate Disciplinary Board. Stop the lies.

Can this happen? It’s seems like it would get appealed where it would eventually escalate to SCOTUS. They would then have to make a ruling that you can ignore the law to be in line with administration. Then ANARCHY?!

That's what they want so they can appeal it. They offered to lose and give them summary judgment in exchange for him not needing to testify. They need to make arrests when these people avoid court. They are doing everything they can to not swear in.
