Interesting: the Department of Justice just filed a sealed motion in the Abrego Garcia case. This comes after both sides agreed to a 7-day pause in discovery after a previous round of sealed motions.

I can't help but wonder if the Defendants are seeking a delay again.
I hate waiting on this. People are being illegally detained. They should all move w/more urgency.
the guy should have been brought back YESTERDAY..
and this goes for ALL OF THEM, as the NONE OF THEM got due process.....
But I don't feel good. Esp in light of the administration doubling-down on trafficking a 4 year old citizen with cancer to Honduras.
It feels like something is afoot.

We need more reporting on that truth. It's sort of the point of everything.
Protecting informants or ongoing investigations.
Compliance with state statutes or court rules.
Clearly justifying the need for confidentiality.
Anticipating challenges from opposing parties.
Makes a person wonder just what they are trying to HIDE!
But, the issue is him getting due process in US and they've violated that with no consequences. If they present some BS evidence on him I'm going to lose it.
