I think Denver will still be a 50-win team, Phoenix should be better than last year, I think Sacramento won't cede much room, and Houston will improve. All of a sudden we're into the play-in zone already.

Memphis was a tough team to place for me. From the glimpses last year, it would be a hard sell putting them lower than Sacramento and Houston. Play-in as the 7th seed is much different than 10th seed. I get you though they're a year behind in development in a verrrrry competitive conference.
I think Sacramento got maligned for the year they had last year and they still went 46-36. With the DeRozan addition and my personal expectation that Huerter bounces back, I only see Sacramento being a little better this season too. And Houston has exceptional depth and great coaching.
Oh yeah, no diss to Houston or Sacramento. I think Memphis's injuries made them give a myriad of guys real playing time and I trust they've got a bench worth something, or I could be totally wrong! They could not fit together at all. But I couldn't place them out of playoffs with that roster 👍
