What'll change is that more severe, more widespread illnesses will be treated exactly the same: people just left on their own, in the dark.
Individual Facebook groups figuring out that Amy's canned soup is what is making them sick, individual churches and PTA's etc issuing warnings
We certainly wouldn’t want to be some country that *cares* about the citizens and tries to improve their lives and keep them healthy.
