I can’t believe that famous people (I know Barbra Streisand is one) allow Siri & Alexa in their homes. Aren’t you worried that someone is listening? I have spent my life pointedly NOT getting famous & I won’t have listening devices in my house. (But yeah, would def choose Yorkshire woman!)
Dude, speaking as a Yorkshire AFAB, using an 'AI' voice to mimic my country women rather than supporting Yorkshire voice actors, who have been stolen from to create this kind of thing, really sucks. This is pretty disappointing.
Have no fear! There is an actor behind it, apparently. These are the previous people involved. I do not yet have the casting for "British women number 3" but I am sure they will be revealed soon.
