I’m trying to be proud of the progress that I have made. Therapy has truly changed my life and helped me so much. I also have been working with physicians to help overcome my eating disorder and I have lost 53 pounds in the past 6 months.

But it’s hard to see how much farther I have to go.

I’m scared for this next chapter. It’s filled with a lot of uncertainty. I don’t really know what I’m going to do with my life.

But I do know that the most important thing to do is to take care of myself. That’s step one and I hope the rest will work itself out in time.
