So, uh, it certainly looks like DOJ intended to file a letter to Judge Liman in MTA v. Duffy, but….it accidentally filed a letter containing its legal advice to the Department of Transportation instead

In part, but as far as the lay-person sees there is no substantive change. The courts continue to allow the Gov't to delay proceedings, there is 0 accountability for gross negligence, deceit, and all of the EO's are still in force in practicum.

Oh, I do know this. Speed of government is a thing, the issue is we have an authoritarian regime building itself up while the law is moving at it's traditional pace. The war is that we are losing more ground then we're gaining.
