Basically algorithms reward engagement and lies always get commented more easily, while truthful statements dont often get even a single comment. Thus algorithms that reward engagements inherently always function as misinformation machines.

I don't know. I ran for Congress based on facts, helping others, and educating on process.

I lost. I was made fun of for suggesting that legislators should read what they vote on. I was repeatedly mocked for telling people to invest in communities, not campaigns. Like⤵️
