Practically and sometimes even medically not reversible, but I agree. Vasectomy is easy, safe, painless and cheap

I agree with you on the reversible side, people make it sound like it's simple and guaranteed when it really isn't. However, Post Vasectomy Pain Syndrome is a thing, so not really painless. The chances are minute but they do exist.
