I sure hope he's referring to the fact that the government steals the money in the SS Trust Fund and leaves IOUs, essentially turning it into a ponzi scheme.
I retired 3 yrs ago, even with money in investments and social security, with rising cost, I've gone back to work part time. I've worked and contributed to SS since I was 16. More than I can say for most billionaires. Hang in there! My advice is pay down as much debt as you can.
