State Senator Cristina Castro of Elgin is not running for Congress in #IL08 to replace Raja Krishnamoorthi. She would have been a serious contender. The two candidates with the most buzz so far are Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison and Hanover Park trustee Yasmeen Bankole.
