honestly the reason they prolly said KDJ would somehow survive and be salary man if no scenarios happened, is because saying KDJ would be dead being way too much of a downer question for what was ultimately likely meant to be more lighthearted question :'DD

I do agree! Plus, I don't think they like pushing the narrative that suicide is an answer ever, even if it is very high-key implied in story that's what would've happened.
