Honestly don’t understand why HBO or Besos hasn’t picked up Mistborn as a TV series yet. The storyline is all there and it’s the most epic shit I’ve ever read in my life.

I only read the Mistborn series so far and then had to take a little break from it bc I was so blown away and didn't want to tire from the awesome world building. Any reccomendations on what book to go to next? I know I could do any but wondering if theres a best order to read them in!
Nope, read what you want! His series don't connect with each other, even though they share a world.
One of his original novels, Elantris, is definitely worth a read, and if you want a series that will take some time to read, The Stormlight Archives is fantastic.
I think the Mistborn books could be done as movies. They'd definitely be abridged to a degree but I think they could be made to work... The Stormlight Archive though, would definitely need to be a TV series
I hear you. I imagine they'd condense some things and skip over others. TV show could be fun too! I'm just not sure which of the Cosmere stories lend themselves best to the screen... Maybe the Wax & Wayne books or some of the novellas?
i mean we know brandon has been in meetings for a while. and he loves spectacle. he’s unveiled a lot of surprises about dragonsteel this year. i would not be surprised if we get an adaptation announcement there
RIGHT?!?! There are a few like 2 minute animated youtube videos that fans created of what the world would look like but I need to see the third book done by an actual company (but not just any company) I hope its prime and not HBO also tbh

I've read so many of his books.
Hopefully he does it justice if it becomes a series. He was a consultant on Wheel of Time for Prime, and I didn't care for it.
