The endless Labour bashing is really tedious. There is no magic wand. So much whining & pontificating. It was ever thus - a sodding national sport! It's really petty as well. Armchair whining.

People I used to respect- George Monbiot, Jo Maugham , the Byline Times people would be devastated if they had facilitated a Reform gvt. Or would they?
Sometimes yes there are positive posts. I've not kept a tally , but my sense is that the negative outweighs the positive, and some writers can only be described as bitchy. So not critical friends, critical in an echo chamber because they can.
I've not kept a tally either. But it's certainly not non-stop Starmer-bashing.
And the criticisms have tended to focus on the government's messaging, esp on immigration and EU/US.
There's some outright lies too. They heavily promoted an article saying that Starmer was definitely going to align himself with Trump over EU for a trade deal. Then did s mini back pedal saying it's opinion.
I've stopped my subscription to GLP with a heavy heart because I support their cause but the vitriolic anti Starmer posts have become unbearable. The recent claim that he would take us out of the ECHR was the final straw. It's counter productive of these organisations which should be uniting us.
Totally agree and lead by the awful right wing media who could not wait a day before starting to criticise after ignoring the previous omnishambles.
If he found a cure for cancer he would be criticised fot not finding it sooner.

They're certainly not anti-Labour. Look:

Good grief! How far they have fallen!
