This may be true for extroverts. I _hate_ going shopping, to the movies etc. It's loud, it's stressful, the traffic sucks.
I much rather be a farm animal for my dose of media which in return (saved time) allows me to actually do outdoor things on my own. Alone and at my pace. :D
