No - it's all speculation as to exactly who she is. The 'what' of it, is simpler. She's yet another nepotistic Johnson appointment, seemingly extraordinary unqualified and inexperienced. She should be nowhere near the Lords, but the UK voted for a Johnson led Tory party, so that's what we get 🤷‍♂️
