Watching S4 of Slow Horses. There's an excellent portrayal of advancing dementia, and has got me to thinking, with dementia, old memories remain, and the filters disappear. What on earth do they do with old spies who lose their faculties?

There's valuable knowledge there beyond the SoL, surely?
