Not directly I guess, I haven't played KSP for a long while, for this one I was looking up some stuff at Atomic Rockets website and was basing on my general idea of fusion drives.

Usually I do a quick sketch with a rough separation of main functions (engines, fuel, cargo, habs, etc), sometimes in my sketchbook, sometimes straight in 3d, then I start detailing it. Below you can find a gif with a process for another large ship from #EMEZ setting, Ceres class missile frigate.
