The Pistons are up to 10th in DRtg, and they're now above-average on offense (by 0.1 pts/100) for the first time since 2011. Above-average on both sides for the first time since 2008. Kenny Atkinson will and should win but J.B. Bickerstaff belongs on plenty of COY ballots, too.
