Nearly every time I have to call myself… except once I had a short period where I wasn’t certain about my coverage when I changed employers. Scheduling office called me 4:30pm and I told her I needed some time to figure it out. Called again 8am the next day. You gave me 30 business minutes??? 😓
Then she had the audacity to say she’d just schedule me as self-pay. Uhhh no? I’m unemployed, I can’t even afford to look up your hours online without worrying about a bankruptcy
My insurance denied a $10,000 medical bill - I found out a few months later when I got the full bill from the doctor - and I called the doctors office at least 5 times trying to talk to billing, got an answering machine each time, and they won’t call me back. #Single Payer
