Outta the 2 and a half years I have lived in this new house, UPS has never messed up a delivery of a package. Today that has happened. Like I'm confused. I can't make a claim due to the sender. I hope they do the right thing and bring it to a UPS office. It's my dog's RX food. That's not cheap.
