But like…enough protein? I suppose it’s down to the individual body. I drop muscle mass like crazy when I do a vegan diet. I’d have to have a dedicated protein source and a fat from somewhere just to survive.
I've been vegan for 13yrs & its been amazing for me. There's absolutely enough protein on that plate. I think a lot of media has skewed our brains into thinking a lot of foods don't contain protein when they do, & that every meal has to be super high in protein, it doesn't.
There is scientific evidence that we need poly and monounsaturated fats for hormone and blood sugar regulation. How do you get these from a Vegan diet?
