These NM Democratic legislators not only stop/slow/weaken forward progress, they purposefully entrench industry power & influence by carrying bills to commodify & sell toxic oil & gas production wastewater (under the pretext of conservation), promote carbon capture, boost fossil gas hydrogen.

And this specific paragraph is an eye opener given Rep. Small (D-Doña Ana) claims environmental values. To be fair, he's often furthered those values, but not when it comes to climate action and O&G reform.
