The thing with this that concerns me is that these bills are always so vaguely worded they could justify almost anything. Do you use Steam? That has hentai games on it. Better cough up your state ID info. Go on bluesky or twitter? People can post anything there. It's all just a way to track you.

Exactly. In the past, these sorts of things were shot down by judges or voted down because the language was too broad...but the way things are now, I do not believe that is a reliable expectation anymore.

Yea nothing can be relied on because they're not playing using the same rule book. Which coming from Lee the 'Constitutional Scholar' writing garbage like this and says "Democracy was never the goal" while pushing us into a Theocracy which is what they were trying to prevent...

I have always been torn because I have always been the type to believe in the moral victory. Taking the high road, following proper procedures and using the right channels to come out on top. On the other hand, never being willing to get in the mud like the right has cost us so...fucking...much.

Which is where the problem is rooted. The framework the founders gave us would work. It was designed to work on conflicting ideologies. But when u define Morality as 'Divine Command' from an authoritarian. There is no room for debate/discussion. Country is supposed to be before God, but not for them
