Term limits are a cop-out and likely a harmful distraction. Why would we want to lose years of service by an RBG, William Brennan, William O. Douglas, or Oliver Wendell Holmes, to name a few? What's needed is a powerful ethics code and a courageous Congress willing to impeach, try, and convict.
