🌱 Stopped at nursery for soil to sow seeds (lettuce, arugula, basil, maybe?) for kitchen window garden.
My seeds were in envelopes in a box inside the house. Will chem sponge #EatonFire smoke off envs & hope they’ll be OK.
Talked w/ cashier at nursery; her daughter’s Altadena house burned 🫶 😢

60% of Altadena burned, so statistically… oof.
Today I also learned that the person who taught the basic horticulture course at the LA Arboretum (I took it back when) …she lost everything, too.
