This is incorrect. The United Kingdom doesn't utilise codes to arm or launch Trident missiles, the system is operationally independent.

They also own the nuclear codes for the trident submarines. Uks pretend 'independent' defence. Something more of a big boys toy & macho status symbol. (And a total waste of money)
