If you've never met anyone trans, the first time you meet someone who's trans, you might think, "Huh. This feels strange."

Because that person's existence doesn't affect your life in any way. Just like the existence of 99.9999999% of the planet does not affect your life in any way.

She did eventually. And she and her wife worked through things.

She knew when she was 4 or 5. She came out in her late 60s.
She is extraordinary on so many levels.
Just let people be who they are, whatever that means to them.
I try to avoid assholes, but otherwise ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

It is way simpler to smear a group of people that aren't around to prove that they are just ordinary people with one harmless difference from the rest.
