I'm not exactly sure their affiliation. From what I can tell they are fans working on a project that has the green light from mainframe but are not working for mainframe. @xbrav.bsky.social @jacobbweldon.bsky.social or @blaquewidowe.bsky.social can probably clarify that more

In a tl;dr, we are an independent team working with the blessing of Mainframe Studios on transferring the master tapes. Our focus is on preservation of the decaying media at this stage.

The best bet will be to follow on YouTube for further updates as we progress, and be sure to continue to share!
