I deleted X when I joined BS, deleted IG, deactivated FB until I get my photos off; turned on Bloomberg for the first time since 1/19 but turned it off when I couldn’t listen to the Felon lie any longer. Unfortunately, I spend too much time on Bluesky.

I’m off Instagram and also happier. With news I’m now rotating one day on and off. Seems to help, too.
