A question for the hypnotic subjects/hypnotees of the world!
What is it that you enjoy about hypnosis, and being hypnotised? What kind of feelings are common for you? Which senses do you notice are stimulated most? Do you feel that exploring your interest in hypnosis has improved your life?

I suppose the very appeal of hypnosis to me is that it allows me to explore feelings, ideas, concepts, etcetera, in a way that feels far more immersive than anything else. Having those things be my only focus, whilst the world around me needn't matter anymore.
Ironically, it's the lack of stimulation I enjoy most. The numb, comfortable haze where nothing matters and you can relax every part of yourself.
And yeah, that lack of stimulation can feel really nice, especially as someone who gets overwhelmed a lot (me)
for feelings, it's definitely warm and giddy. Usually giggling a lot after being woken up
engaging in hypnosis has definitely made me feel more free in expression and as also
It's about trust, and I feel by exploring more of a side not everyone can explore with their friends, it opens
tl;dr hypnosis is hype moments and aura
Brain most definitely, especially in imagination.
Absolutely!
the appeal of hypnosis, to me, is to be able to totally place my trust in somebody to relax, to be guided along through an experience of our choosing ...
even outside of doing anything fun... just letting myself float freely, without a care in the world, is something i value quite a lot ...
so i guess the very extremely tl;dr version is... escapism? it feels a little lame to water it down to just That, but ultimately it *is* the case
i wouldn't trade it for the world. :)
(We know it sounds peculiar but it's happened!)
