It’s Robert F Kennedy, not RFK Jr. It’s a posthumous awarding. Totally different people, OG RFK had no brain worm and was JFKs brother and advisor until his assassination. He was appointed United States attorney general at the age of 35, almost became president himself according to Wikipedia.
