If you've made anything, you're not aspiring. You've done it, you're there. Instead of worrying about how good you are now, be confident in your ability to improve. Then it doesn't matter what you can do today, because you know you'll do more tomorrow.

I get the message selfcritic wise but on the other hand I think if someone gets skipped because of a social media bio, with obvious exceptions of course, instead of judging someomes work, priorities might be worth recalibrating.

Some people need/deserve a push in their confidence.
