Anyone have any suggestions on what to do to help quiet the mind and get sleep during high stress that isn't:
Weed (may screw up a job change)
Melatonin (trying)
Sleepy teas (not enough oomf)
Warm showers/bath (tried)
We're running on fumes.

Audio books to distract the mind and focus on something else
It’s a hard habit to get into but it’s helped me.
I also finally caved and got prescribed trazodone and hydroxyzine, but going the pharmaceutical route isn’t for everyone.
