I largely went to NYU American Studies bc of Andrew Ross, and tho he wasn’t my formal diss advisor, he has been my closest mentor & guide from that dept for a decade. He’s an intellectual & moral beacon for what it means to be a professor & I couldn’t be more proud of him.
