Putting this into perspective:

The government says that any [presumed] member of [what the government deems to be] a group can be deported so long as [the government asserts that] it is advancing the interests of a foreign country against the interests of the US [, regardless of citizenship status]
Holy crap. The DOJ is arguing that the President can unilaterally deport anyone he wants without ANY statutory authority, just on his inherent authority as President over national security.

That is a terrifying claim to make and not one that has ever been recognized before in US history.
