Called #StudentAid to see why my loans are not showing(but did 3 weeks ago). THEM: “Must be a glitch. Look in another browser. If servicer shows, you’re fine.” Did not show in another browser. It’s not fine. #StudentAid should be showing me my federal loan info on their site. #DepartmentofEducation
