I wish it was just as simple as ignoring politics and there'd be no impact on one's life. The reality though is politics will have an effect on all whether they want to follow, or not. We're here, at this horrible point, because far too many don't want to know about it and get involved. 🫤

Approximately 90 million Americans didn't vote in this past election. Gaza and failures of the current US election system played a part in many people not voting. Yet many others just aren't interested in politics at all, so they figure they'll let the people who are, decide for them.

Then the US ends up with literal Nazis running the country, destroying America, screwing up other nations and pushing towards WW3. This really was not the election to slack off or be picky. The choice was either destruction of the US, or maybe another 4 yrs of being able to get some changes made.

When you think only with your pockets, there is no room for morality. Actions or inaction always have consequences. At the moment, we are watching how Ukraine kills some such creatures who were also not interested and did not understand politics.
