That’s why engineers get paid pretty good much because of how tasking things can be. To others it’ll sound ridiculous, but to us engineers, there’s reason why benefits and pay be good for us cause we willing to spend that time. Many products people enjoy? Comes from someone spending weekends

Beloved lemme hold your hand when I say this, but leadership is a very tasking role and many products and services you may come to enjoy, has come to leadership doing that. Engineering and tech stuff isn’t a easy take a break thing and I’ll burst that bubble right now

I am all about work/life balance, and it's not a hospital, but there is still an obligation to the people you serve
