When I was teaching the evolution of horses to my Biology class I showed the students a picture of Mesohippus. They were staggered when I told them it was only 60cm high. This, by the way, is a much better picture than the one I showed them.

and yeah i haven't seen good modern reconstructions of them sadly, at least in google. i'll be drawing more early horses soon :)

thank you!! ah unfortunately i don't do prints, cuz too busy and simply can't work with merch platforms rn. but sometimes if people really want to, they can just tip me (whatever the amount i don't really mind) for it and get big sized file and print it themselves:)
