I've got one female space marine scout and used a sisters of silence head. I've got a load of Battle Sister heads as well but the scale of them on Primaris doesn't really work unfortunately

Like everyone kinda forgets that nearly every part of a space marine is operated changed instilled with some quasi-dark age technology that the only thing that is remotely human about them is skin deep.
