Info graphic of egg substitutes in baking! Also adding that I grew up using a can of clear soda (sprite, seven-up, ginger ale etc) instead of oil/butter/eggs/water in cake mix & it's always hit. Side note: whipping that aquafaba makes a great vegan mayonnaise base too
